Frequently Asked Questions
Everything You Need to Know
Leaving your pet with a stranger is never an easy decision, and I’m sure you have a lot of questions about how it works. I’ve compiled some of the most common questions into the list below. If you want further information, just get in touch.
How many dogs can you walk at once?
We understand that every dog is unique and may require a personalised walking experience. That's why we offer exclusive solo walks for dogs that may not be suitable for group settings. Whether your dog is nervous, unneutered, a puppy, or simply prefers one-on-one attention, we are committed to providing a tailored experience that meets your dog's individual needs.
The law states 6 dogs at any one given time (some councils say just 4).
My pet needs to go to the vet. Will you take them?
Ensuring the safety and well-being of pets under care is a common practice. It's prudent to have a contingency plan in place for emergencies, and incorporating a clause in the contract that permits the sitter to take the pet to the vet is a responsible approach. Additionally, notifying the vet in advance is crucial to ensure a seamless process.
Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?
Providing proper care for exotic birds such as African Grey Parrots and Macaws demands a significant amount of knowledge and experience. When seeking a caretaker for your feathered companions, it is essential to ensure that they possess the expertise and commitment required to deliver optimal care. With my extensive experience and passion for these remarkable creatures, I would be delighted to offer my services in caring for your birds and ensuring that they receive the utmost attention and care.
